Shipments and returns
Shipping
Shipping of all order is via Australia Post with a single flat rate postage charge.
Your order will normally be shipped within 1-2 business days of us receiving the order, with the exception of wooden sticks which are made to order.
Customer Pickup
Orders can also be picked up from our premises in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne, in which case there is no postage cost. This option can also be selected at checkout.
Other Shipping Information
If nobody is home when Australia Post attempts to deliver your package and assuming it does not fit in the letter box, then Australia Post will leave a card giving details on how to pick the delivery up from the local post office.
